SafeBoosters Terms of Service

This page sets out the terms that apply when you use safeboosters.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”). Using the site counts as agreement to these terms - if you disagree with any part, the only remedy is not to use the site.

1. Who Runs This

Game boosting services are what Safe Boosters covers, independently and from the outside. Our output is editorial: written assessments, ordered rankings, price research, buying guides. Boosting itself is nothing we sell, run, resell or arrange, so an order placed with a provider we cover is agreed between you and that provider alone.

2. Opinions, Not Advice

All content here - scores, rankings, reviews, prices and guides - reflects our editorial judgment based on testing and research done at the time each page was published. It is general information, not a promise: services adjust prices, policies and quality, and we cannot warrant that any page is complete, current or free of errors. None of it constitutes legal, financial or other professional advice.

3. Linked Providers

Reviews on this site send readers toward businesses run by other people. Ownership and control of those businesses stay entirely with them. Should you buy, the deal exists solely between you and the seller under whatever terms and prices it publishes, and nothing it does, hosts or fails to supply falls to us.

One more caution: publishers commonly ban the practice, and an account used for boosting can be sanctioned. Nobody but you can weigh that up before ordering, however well a provider scores with us.

4. Using the Site

• Our text and data may not be harvested, duplicated at scale or reposted elsewhere unless we agree to it.
• Nobody may stress, scan or knock over this site or the infrastructure hosting it.
• Passing yourself off as this publication, or borrowing our material to look approved by us, is prohibited.
• Reports of errors should be truthful; forged proof will be ignored.

5. Who Owns What

The words, the scores we assign, the structure and the visual design we produced remain our property. Reproducing a brief passage is fine provided a link points back to the original page. Logos and names of the games and services mentioned belong to their owners and serve only to say what we are talking about; no partnership, sponsorship or approval exists between safeboosters.net and any of those companies.

6. “As Is”

The site is made available on an “as is”, “as available” basis. Nothing about it is warranted, explicitly or by implication: not its accuracy, not its suitability for a particular purpose, not its non-infringement, and not its continuous or fault-free operation.

7. Damages and Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages connected to the site or to any purchase from a third-party service you found through it - lost game accounts, bans, lost data and lost profits included. If some liability cannot legally be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us for the site: nothing.

8. Updates to This Page

We occasionally revise these terms. The version on this page, together with its effective date, is always the current one; by continuing to use the site after a revision you accept it.
